New Jersey High School Basketball - West Deptford nips Woodstown
February 21, 2022: Westville, NJ 08093 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the West Deptford Eagles (Westville, NJ) and the visiting Woodstown Wolverines (Woodstown, NJ), saw West Deptford's basketball team get by Woodstown by a tally of 50-49.
The Eagles now possess a 7-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Haddon Heights for a non-league battle on Wednesday, February 23. West Deptford will confront a Garnets team coming off a 53-47 non-league win over Cherry Hill West (Cherry Hill, NJ). The Garnets record now stands at 11-12.
The Wolverines (9-12) will now prepare for their battle against Haddon Township (Westmont, NJ). The Hawks come into the non-league battle with a 12-7 record. In their last battle, Haddon Township edged Pennsville Memorial (Pennsville, NJ), 69-40, in a non-league battle.
