The Sherman Tide basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Montcalm Generals to 56 in the Tide non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Tide now sport a 12-11 record.

The Generals (11-7) will now prepare for their contest against Summers County (Hinton, WV). The Bobcats enter the non-league contest with a 10-10 record. In their last contest, Summers County was nudged by James Monroe (Lindside, WV), 69-45, in a non-league contest.
