Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Independence Patriots (Charlotte, NC) and the visiting Ardrey Kell Knights (Charlotte, NC), saw Independence's basketball squad hold off Ardrey Kell by a tally of 54-50.

With the victory, Independence improves its record to 25-3 on the campaign. The Patriots host Porter Ridge (Indian Trail, NC) to confront the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 23. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 16-10.
