Michigan High School Basketball - Notre Dame Prep fells Grosse Pointe North
February 21, 2024: Grosse Pointe, MI 48236 Notre Dame Prep Fighting Irish (Pontiac, MI) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Grosse Pointe North Norsemen (Grosse Pointe, MI), 68-54 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Notre Dame Prep upgrades its record to 16-5 on the season. The Fighting Irish travel to Catholic Central (Grand Rapids, MI) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 24. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 16-5. Catholic Central won 73-34 in their recent league bout against Wayland (Wayland, MI)
Next up, the Norsemen play the Dakota Cougars (Macomb, MI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 23. Grosse Pointe North will attempt to upgrade on its 9-11 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 10-11 record after their 63-54 non-league win over Anchor Bay (Fair Haven, MI).
