Michigan High School Basketball - Notre Dame Prep can't hold off Grosse Pointe South
December 11, 2023: Grosse Pointe, MI 48236 The Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the visiting Notre Dame Prep Fighting Irish to 58 in the Blue Devils non-league victory on Monday.
The Blue Devils now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Roseville for a Macomb Area - Red contest on Friday, December 15. Grosse Pointe South will battle a Panthers team coming off a 58-52 non-league loss to Chelsea (Chelsea, MI). The Panthers record now stands at 0-2.
The Fighting Irish (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Pontiac Academy for Excellence (Pontiac, MI). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record.
