West Virginia High School Basketball - Nicholas County succumbs to Sissonville

In Friday's non-league test, the Sissonville Indians (Charleston, WV) basketball squad defeated the visiting Nicholas County Grizzlies (Summersville, WV), by a score of 76-62.

Next, the Indians clash with the Hurricane Redskins (Hurricane, WV) in a non-league test, on Monday, February 24. Sissonville will attempt to improve on its 5-14 season record. The Redskins come into the test with a 8-11 record after their 61-55 non-league loss to Winfield (Winfield, WV).

The Grizzlies (6-13) will now prepare for their test against Braxton County (Sutton, WV). The Eagles come into the non-league test with a 13-6 record. In their last test, Braxton County went down by Ritchie County (Ellenboro, WV), 60-34, in a non-league test.
