February 21, 2025: Brownwood, TX 76801 The Burnet Bulldogs (Burnet, TX) softball nipped the host Brownwood Lions (Brownwood, TX), 3-2 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Bulldogs now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Junction for a non-league outing on Saturday, February 22. Burnet will encounter a Eagles team coming off a 6-2 non-league loss to Ingram Moore (Ingram, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 2-6.
With the loss, Brownwood moves to 1-2 on the season. The Lions host Bangs (Bangs, TX) to encounter the Dragons in a non-league outing on Saturday, February 22.
