Wakeland Wolverines (Frisco, TX) fans left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Celina Bobcats (Celina, TX), 8-4 in a non-league test.

The Wolverines now hold a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to McKinney Boyd for a non-league test on Saturday, February 21. Wakeland will play a Broncos team coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Braswell (Little Elm, TX). The Broncos record now stands at 1-1.
