The Celina Bobcats baseball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Argyle Eagles to 1 in the Bobcats non-league win on Saturday.

The Bobcats now own a 10-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gainesville for a 4A Region II District 9 test on Tuesday, March 24.

The Eagles (10-7) will now prepare for their outing against Colleyville Heritage (Colleyville, TX). The Panthers come into the 5A Region I District 6 outing with a 5-11 record. In their last outing, Colleyville Heritage was overwhelmed by Lake Ridge (Mansfield, TX), 8-2, in a non-league outing.
