The St. Patrick Fighting Irish baseball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting West Harrison Hurricanes to 3 in the Fighting Irish non-league win on Saturday.

The Fighting Irish now hold a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host Picayune for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 25. St. Patrick will play a Maroon Tide team coming off a 13-0 non-league win over Pass Christian (Pass Christian, MS). The Maroon Tide record now stands at 5-0.

With the defeat, West Harrison drops to 3-2 on the year. The Hurricanes travel to Gulfport (Gulfport, MS) to play the Admirals in a non-league test on Friday, February 28. The Admirals go into the test with a record of 3-3. Gulfport lost 14-9 in their recent non-league test against Baker (Mobile, AL)
