New York High School Basketball - Delaware Academy knocks off Walton
February 22, 2025: Walton, NY 13856 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Delaware Academy Bulldogs (Delhi, NY) and the host Walton Warriors (Walton, NY), observed Delaware Academy's basketball team overcome Walton by a margin of 76-57.
The Bulldogs (15-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Union Springs (Union Springs, NY). The Wolves come into the non-league challenge with a 16-3 record. In their last challenge, Union Springs defeated Oxford Academy (Oxford, NY), 83-53, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Warriors battle the Chenango Forks Blue Devils (Binghamton, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 28. Walton will attempt to better on its 3-4 season record. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a 8-12 record after their 56-40 non-league win over Susquehanna Valley (Conklin, NY).
