The Capital Bruins basketball team scored 50 points and limited the visiting Flathead Braves/Bravettes to 49 in the Bruins league triumph on Saturday.

The Bruins now have a 9-9 record. They play next when they travel to Big Sky for a AA Western game on Tuesday, February 25. Capital will confront a Eagles team coming off a 43-35 league win over Butte (Butte, MT). The Eagles record now stands at 11-5.

With the loss, Flathead falls to 2-15 on the campaign. The Braves/bravettes host Sentinel (Missoula, MT) to confront the Spartans in a AA Western game on Tuesday, February 25. The Spartans go into the game with a record of 6-12. Sentinel lost 51-31 in their recent league game against Hellgate (Missoula, MT)
