In Thursday's non-league challenge, the Pillow Academy Mustangs (Greenwood, MS) baseball squad edged the visiting Winston Academy Patriots (Louisville, MS), by a final score of 8-7.

With the win, Pillow Academy upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Mustangs host Jackson Academy (Jackson, MS) to battle the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 25.
