The Mount Tabor Spartans basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Southwest Guilford Cowboys to 53 in the Spartans non-league victory on Thursday.

The Spartans now sport a 26-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chambers for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 25. Mount Tabor will battle a Cougars team coming off a 70-43 non-league win over Piedmont (Monroe, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 22-6.
