February 23, 2024: Shiocton, WI 54170 Winneconne Wolves (Winneconne, WI) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Shiocton Chiefs (Shiocton, WI), 63-59 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Winneconne upgrades its record to 4-19 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Stanley-Boyd (Stanley, WI) to play the Orioles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 27. The Orioles come into the bout with a record of 12-12. Stanley-Boyd won 64-52 in their recent non-league bout against Owen-Withee (Owen, WI)
Next up, the Chiefs play the Mishicot Indians (Mishicot, WI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 27. Shiocton will attempt to upgrade on its 12-12 season record. The Indians come into the bout with a 5-18 record after their 69-50 non-league loss to Random Lake (Random Lake, WI).
