February 23, 2026: White Castle, LA 70788 White Castle Bulldogs (White Castle, LA) backers left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting McKinley Panthers (Baton Rouge, LA), 18-3 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, White Castle upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Bulldogs host East Iberville (St. Gabriel, LA) to confront the Tigers in a 1A District 8 battle on Wednesday, February 25. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 1-0. East Iberville won 21-1 in their recent non-league battle against Broadmoor (Baton Rouge, LA)
With the loss, McKinley moves to 0-1 on the season. The Panthers host Liberty Magnet (Baton Rouge, LA) to meet the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 2. The Patriots enter the challenge with a record of 0-3.
