The Central Lake Trojans basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Pellston Hornets to 7 in the Trojans league triumph on Thursday.

The Trojans now sport a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harbor Light Christian for a non-league contest on Friday, February 25. Central Lake will battle a Swordsmen team coming off a 40-13 league win over Wolverine (Wolverine, MI). The Swordsmen record now stands at 11-6.

The Hornets (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Mancelona (Mancelona, MI). The Ironmen enter the Ski-Valley contest with a 5-12 record. In their last contest, Mancelona triumphed over Forest Area (Fife Lake, MI), 46-34, in a league contest.
