In Friday's non-league outing, the Boquet Valley Griffins (Elizabethtown, NY) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Seton Catholic Central Knights (Plattsburgh, NY), by a count of 47-23.

The Griffins (13-8) will now prepare for their outing against Crown Point (Crown Point, NY). The Panthers go into the Section 7 Mountain Valley outing with a 16-5 record. In their last outing, Crown Point smashed Chazy (Chazy, NY), 62-55, in a non-league outing.
