Indiana High School Basketball - Scottsburg crushes Mitchell
February 24, 2023: Mitchell, IN 47446 Scottsburg Warriors (Scottsburg, IN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Mitchell Bluejackets (Mitchell, IN), 83-47 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Scottsburg upgrades its record to 17-5 on the season. The Warriors travel to Madison (Madison, IN) to play the Cubs in a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 1. The Cubs go into the bout with a record of 4-19. Madison won 41-33 in their recent non-league bout against Switzerland County (Vevay, IN)
Next up, the Bluejackets play the North Knox Warriors (Bicknell, IN) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 1. Mitchell will attempt to upgrade on its 6-18 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 3-20 record after their 83-20 league loss to Loogootee (Loogootee, IN).
