The South Wake Sabres basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting South Charlotte Thunder Thunder to 54 in the Sabres non-league triumph on Friday.

The Sabres now sport a 21-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Greater Cabarrus Stallions for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 25. South Wake will meet a Stallions team coming off a 63-56 non-league win over New Life Camp (Raleigh, NC). The Stallions record now stands at 23-10.
