The Ceres Bulldogs topped the visiting Central Valley Hawks volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Friday's non-league test.

The Bulldogs now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lathrop for a Western Athletic Conference contest on Thursday, March 2.

With the loss, Central Valley drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Livingston (Livingston, CA) to battle the Wolves in a non-league contest on Monday, February 27. The Wolves come into the contest with a record of 0-0.
