Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Natrona County Mustangs (Casper, WY) and the visiting Sheridan Broncs (Sheridan, WY), saw Natrona County's basketball squad hold off Sheridan by a tally of 48-43.

With the victory, Natrona County improves its record to 11-12 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to East (Cheyenne, WY) to play the Thunderbirds in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 2. The Thunderbirds come into the challenge with a record of 19-2. East won 77-67 in their recent league challenge against Central (Cheyenne, WY)
