February 24, 2023: Jefferson, GA 30549 The Jefferson Dragons held off the visiting Flowery Branch Falcons soccer squad by a margin of 1-0 in Friday's league match.
The Dragons now sport a 4-1 record. They play next when they host North Oconee for a non-league match on Friday, March 3.
With the loss, Flowery Branch drops to 7-1 on the season. The Falcons travel to White County (Cleveland, GA) to play the Warriors in a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 28. The Warriors go into the outing with a record of 7-2. White County won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Union County (Blairsville, GA)
