Georgia High School Soccer - Thomas County Central knocks off Northside
February 24, 2023: Thomasville, GA 31792 Thomas County Central Yellow Jackets (Thomasville, GA) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Northside Eagles (Warner Robins, GA), 5-2 in a league challenge.
Next up, the Yellow Jackets clash with the Veterans Warhawks (Kathleen, GA) in a 6A Area 1 battle, on Friday, March 3. Thomas County Central will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Warhawks come into the battle with a 9-0 record after their 6-0 league win over Tift County (Tifton, GA).
The Eagles (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Bleckley County (Cochran, GA). The Royals come into the non-league battle with a 7-2 record. In their last battle, Bleckley County nudged Swainsboro (Swainsboro, GA), 3-0, in a league battle.
