New York High School Basketball - LaSalle Academy ripped by Fordham Prep

The Fordham Prep Rams basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting LaSalle Academy Cardinals to 42 in the Rams non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Rams now sport a 21-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Xavier for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 27. Fordham Prep will meet a Knights team coming off a 47-46 non-league win over Monsignor Farrell (Staten Island, NY). The Knights record now stands at 2-4.

The Cardinals (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Salesian (New Rochelle, NY). The Eagles enter the Catholic A contest with a 1-8 record. In their last contest, Salesian was routed by LaSalle Academy (New York, NY), 49-40, in a non-league contest.
