Michigan High School Basketball - Vandercook Lake bested by Hanover-Horton
February 24, 2025: Horton, MI 49246 Hanover-Horton Comets (Horton, MI) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Vandercook Lake Jayhawks (Jackson, MI), 65-47 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Hanover-Horton advances its record to 15-8 on the year. The Comets host Grass Lake (Grass Lake, MI) to face the Warriors in a non-league match on Wednesday, February 26. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 21-1. Grass Lake lost 42-40 in their recent non-league match against Clinton (Clinton, MI)
The Jayhawks now own a 4-19 record.
