The Salem Wildcats baseball squad (Tylertown, MS), was overwhelmed 20-0 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the visiting Wesson Cobras (Wesson, MS)

With the triumph, Wesson moves its record to 5-1 on the season. The Cobras travel to Bogue Chitto (Bogue Chitto, MS) to face the Bobcats in a non-league battle on Friday, February 27. The Bobcats enter the battle with a record of 2-5.

Next, the Wildcats face the East Marion Eagles (Columbia, MS) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, February 26. Salem will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 1-7 record after their 13-10 non-league win over Tylertown (Tylertown, MS).
