The Central Lafourche Trojans (Raceland, LA) softball nipped the visiting Patterson Lumberjacks (Patterson, LA), 6-5 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

The Trojans now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to John Ehret for a non-league outing on Wednesday, February 25. Central Lafourche will clash with a Patriots squad coming off a 21-4 non-league win over South Plaquemines (Buras, LA). The Patriots record now stands at 1-0.

The Lumberjacks (3-4) will now prepare for their test against South Terrebonne (Bourg, LA). The Gators go into the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, South Terrebonne held off Terrebonne (Houma, LA), 8-0, in a non-league test.
