California High School Softball - Calipatria bounces Desert Mirage
February 25, 2022: Calipatria, CA 92233 The crowd at Friday's non-league match between the Calipatria Hornets (Calipatria, CA) and the visiting Desert Mirage RAMS (Thermal, CA), saw Calipatria's softball squad achieve victory over Desert Mirage by a count of 26-0.
The Hornets now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Desert Christian Academy for a non-league match on Thursday, March 3.
With the loss, Desert Mirage falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Cathedral City (Cathedral City, CA) to clash with the Lions in a Desert Valley test on Tuesday, March 8. The Lions come into the test with a record of 2-0. Cathedral City won 16-6 in their recent non-league test against Citrus Hill (Perris, CA)
