In Saturday's non-league challenge, the St. Patrick Fighting Irish (Biloxi, MS) baseball squad edged the host West Harrison Hurricanes (Gulfport, MS), by a final score of 4-3.

With the win, St. Patrick upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Fighting Irish travel to Picayune (Picayune, MS) to encounter the Maroon Tide in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 28. The Maroon Tide come into the challenge with a record of 3-3. Picayune lost 9-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Hancock (Kiln, MS)
