February 25, 2023: Central Lake, MI 49622 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the St. Mary Cathedral Snowbirds (Gaylord, MI) and the host Central Lake Trojans (Central Lake, MI), saw St. Mary Cathedral's basketball squad overcome Central Lake by a tally of 55-46.
With the victory, St. Mary Cathedral improves its record to 17-3 on the campaign. The Snowbirds travel to Inland Lakes (Indian River, MI) to play the Bulldogs in a Ski-Valley challenge on Tuesday, February 28. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 15-5. Inland Lakes won 82-44 in their recent league challenge against Central Lake (Central Lake, MI)
Next up, the Trojans play the Pellston Hornets (Pellston, MI) in a Ski-Valley battle, on Tuesday, February 28. Central Lake will attempt to improve on its 8-13 season record. The Hornets come into the battle with a 5-11 record after their 60-38 league win over Forest Area (Fife Lake, MI).
