February 25, 2023: Anchorage, AK 99504 In Saturday's league outing, the Anchorage Christian Lions (Anchorage, AK) basketball squad beat the visiting Kodiak Bears (Kodiak, AK), by a count of 45-34.
The Lions (12-9) will now prepare for their outing against Wasilla (Wasilla, AK). The Warriors go into the 4A Northern Lights outing with a 13-7 record. In their last outing, Wasilla defeated Bartlett (Anchorage, AK), 71-51, in a non-league outing.
The Bears now hold a 8-11 record. They play next when they host Ninilchik for a non-league outing on Friday, March 3. Kodiak will clash with a Wolverines squad coming off a 100-48 league win over Bristol Bay (Naknek, AK). The Wolverines record now stands at 19-3.
