February 25, 2023: Newport, NY 13416 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Sackets Harbor Central Patriots (Sackets Harbor, NY) and the host West Canada Valley Indians (Newport, NY), saw Sackets Harbor Central's basketball squad hold off West Canada Valley by a count of 68-63.
With the victory, Sackets Harbor Central upgrades its record to 21-1 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Hamilton (Hamilton, NY) to play the Emerald Knights in a non-league challenge on Sunday, March 5. The Emerald Knights come into the challenge with a record of 20-3.
