The Central Grizzlies (Fresno, CA) baseball nipped the visiting San Joaquin Memorial Panthers (Fresno, CA), 6-5 in Saturday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Grizzlies play the Hanford Bullpups (Hanford, CA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, March 1. Central will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Bullpups enter the contest with a 2-1 record after their 14-1 non-league loss to Arroyo Grande (Arroyo Grande, CA).
