North Carolina High School Baseball - Salisbury loses to A.L. Brown
February 26, 2025: Salisbury, NC 28144 A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC) fans left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Salisbury Hornets (Salisbury, NC), 16-4 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, A.L. Brown advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Wonders host Cox Mill (Concord, NC) to battle the Chargers in a Greater Metro 4A match on Tuesday, March 4. The Chargers come into the match with a record of 0-1. Cox Mill lost 5-1 in their recent non-league match against Hough (Cornelius, NC)
The Hornets now have a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Concord for a non-league match on Friday, February 28. Salisbury will battle a Spiders squad coming off a 26-0 league loss to East Rowan (Salisbury, NC). The Spiders record now stands at 0-2.
