The Mitchell Mustangs (New Port Richey, FL) baseball the visiting River Ridge Royal Knights (New Port Richey, FL), 7-3 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

The Mustangs now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Land O' Lakes for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 3. Mitchell will clash with a Gators team coming off a 11-2 non-league win over Zephyrhills (Zephyrhills, FL). The Gators record now stands at 2-3.
