In Wednesday's league test, the Mitchell Mustangs (New Port Richey, FL) lacrosse team overwhelmed the visiting Sunlake Seahawks (Land O' Lakes, FL), by a count of 17-8.

Next up, the Mustangs battle the Leon Lions (Tallahassee, FL) in a non-league test, on Friday, February 28. Mitchell will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record.

The Seahawks (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Tampa Prep (Tampa, FL). The Terrapins enter the non-league test with a 4-1 record. In their last test, Tampa Prep was overwhelmed by Robinson (Tampa, FL), 6-5, in a non-league test.
