Arp Tigers (Arp, TX) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Elysian Fields Yellowjackets (Elysian Fields, TX), 5-0 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Arp advances its record to 8-0 on the season. The Tigers travel to Ore City (Ore City, TX) to battle the Rebels in a non-league match on Friday, February 27. The Rebels go into the game with a record of 2-1. Ore City won 4-3 in their recent non-league game against Sabine (Gladewater, TX)

Next, the Yellowjackets play the St. Louis Catholic Saints (Lake Charles, LA) in a non-league game, on Friday, February 27. Elysian Fields will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Saints go into the game with a 10-0 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Kinder (Kinder, LA).
