The Big Spring Steers triumphed over the host Stanton Buffaloes softball squad by a count of 13-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Steers meet the Plainview Bulldogs (Plainview, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 27. Big Spring will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 13-3 non-league win over Sweetwater (Sweetwater, TX).
