The Lee Ganders softball team scored 13 runs and held the host Hitchcock Bulldogs to 3 in the Ganders non-league win on Thursday.

The Ganders now sport a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Anahuac for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 26. Lee will confront a Panthers team coming off a 12-0 league loss to Kirbyville (Kirbyville, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 2-10.

The Bulldogs (5-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Sabine Pass (Sabine Pass, TX). The Sharks go into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Sabine Pass was routed by East Chambers (Winnie, TX), 11-4, in a non-league challenge.
