In Thursday's non-league match, the host St. Michael Catholic Cardinals softball team scored a nice 16-6 win over the Pensacola Catholic Crusaders.

The Cardinals (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Leroy (Leroy, AL). The Bears come into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Leroy was routed by Satsuma (Satsuma, AL), 7-3, in a non-league match.
