Michigan High School Basketball - Trenton nips Huron
February 27, 2023: New Boston, MI 48164 Trenton Trojans (Trenton, MI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Huron Chiefs (New Boston, MI), 54-51 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Trenton upgrades its record to 5-12 on the season. The Trojans travel to Allen Park (Allen Park, MI) to play the Jaguars in a Downriver bout on Tuesday, February 28. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 11-9. Allen Park lost 47-41 in their recent league bout against Woodhaven (Brownstown, MI)
Next up, the Chiefs play the Garden City Cougars (Garden City, MI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, March 2. Huron will attempt to upgrade on its 7-14 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 2-17 record after their 48-36 non-league loss to Clawson (Clawson, MI).
