The Sumrall Bobcats softball squad (Sumrall, MS), was routed 7-2 in Friday's non-league contest with the visiting Hernando Tigers (Hernando, MS)

With the triumph, Hernando improves its record to 9-0 on the year. The Tigers host Pisgah (Sandhill, MS) to face the Dragons in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 28. The Dragons go into the bout with a record of 5-2. Pisgah won 5-4 in their recent non-league bout against Florence (Florence, MS)

In their next game, the Bobcats clash with the West Jones Mustangs (Laurel, MS) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 2. Sumrall will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record.
