North Carolina High School Baseball - Kings Mountain loses to Burns
February 28, 2022: Lawndale, NC 28090 In Monday's non-league game, the host Burns Bulldogs baseball team scored a nice 10-0 victory over the Kings Mountain Mountaineers.
The Bulldogs (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against West Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC). The Rebels come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, West Lincoln was overwhelmed by East Gaston (Mt. Holly, NC), 10-0, in a non-league contest.
The Mountaineers now sport a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Shelby for a non-league contest on Thursday, March 3. Kings Mountain will encounter a Golden Lions squad coming off a 12-1 non-league loss to Stuart W. Cramer (Belmont, NC). The Golden Lions record now stands at 0-1.
