February 28, 2022: St. Matthews, SC 29135 The Edisto Cougars (Cordova, SC) soccer bounced the host Calhoun County Saints (St. Matthews, SC), 10-0 in Monday's non-league bout.
With the victory, Edisto moves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Cougars travel to Bamberg-Ehrhardt (Bamberg, SC) to battle the Red Raiders in a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 2. The Red Raiders enter the bout with a record of 0-0.
In their next game, the Saints battle the Ridge Spring-Monetta Trojans (Monetta, SC) in a A Region 3 bout, on Thursday, March 3. Calhoun County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Trojans come into the match with a 1-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Strom Thurmond (Johnston, SC).
