February 28, 2023: Henning, MN 56551 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Henning Hornets (Henning, MN) and the visiting Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal Titans (Twin Valley, MN), saw Henning's basketball squad knock off Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal by a tally of 58-49.
With the victory, Henning improves its record to 22-1 on the campaign. The Hornets host Ashby (Ashby, MN) to play the Arrows in a A Section 6 challenge on Friday, March 3. The Arrows come into the challenge with a record of 5-12. Ashby won 60-44 in their recent league challenge against Brandon/Evansville (Brandon, MN)
Next up, the Titans play the Hawley Nuggets (Hawley, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 2. Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal will attempt to improve on its 8-14 season record. The Nuggets come into the challenge with a 14-11 record after their 62-59 non-league loss to Fosston (Fosston, MN).
