Michigan High School Basketball - Menominee holds off North Central
February 28, 2023: Menominee, MI 49858 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Menominee Maroons (Menominee, MI) and the visiting North Central Jets (Powers, MI), saw Menominee's basketball squad hold off North Central by a tally of 70-65.
With the victory, Menominee improves its record to 11-11 on the campaign. The Maroons host Ewen-Trout Creek (Ewen, MI) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 2. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 7-10.
Next up, the Jets confront the Forest Park Trojans (Crystal Falls, MI) in a Central Upper Peninsula challenge, on Thursday, March 2. North Central will attempt to improve on its 14-5 season record.
