Texas High School Softball - A&M Consolidated loses to Magnolia West
February 28, 2023: Magnolia, TX 77354 The Magnolia West Mustangs softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting A&M Consolidated Tigers to 3 in the Mustangs league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Magnolia West improves its record to 10-4 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Port Neches-Groves (Port Neches, TX) to clash with the Indians in a non-league game on Thursday, March 2. The Indians come into the game with a record of 14-6. Port Neches-Groves lost 7-1 in their recent non-league game against Liberty (Liberty, TX)
In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Brenham Cubs (Brenham, TX) in a 5A Region III District 21 game, on Tuesday, March 7. A&M Consolidated will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Cubs come into the game with a 15-6 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Lexington (Lexington, TX).
