Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the Lockney Longhorns (Lockney, TX) and the visiting Kress Kangaroos (Kress, TX), witnessed Lockney's softball squad prevail over Kress by a count of 19-1.

The Longhorns now sport a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Petersburg for a non-league match on Thursday, March 2. Lockney will meet a Buffaloes squad coming off a 16-1 non-league loss to Sudan (Sudan, TX). The Buffaloes record now stands at 0-3.
