The Haltom Buffalos baseball team scored 8 runs and held the host Irving Tigers to 1 in the Buffalos non-league win on Friday.

The Buffalos now hold a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to The Colony for a non-league test on Saturday, March 1. Haltom will play a Cougars team coming off a 10-1 non-league win over Ennis (Ennis, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 5-2.
